EQL Global Integrates with Replit, the AI Platform with Over 60 Million Users

EQL Global is making its financial data available directly through Replit’s integrations library. The collaboration brings together source-traceable corporate information and AI-powered software development, making it easier for entrepreneurs, investors, and developers to build their own financial tools. According to Replit, the platform has more than 60 million users worldwide. EQL Global’s MCP integration is now available in Replit’s integrations library, enabling users to connect EQL’s financial data directly to the environment where they build their applications. The ambition is to empower more people to create the financial analysis tools and services they have always wanted but never had access to. “The next great financial product might not come from a bank. It might come from an investor, an analyst, or an entrepreneur who sees a problem worth solving. With EQL and Replit, we want to make the journey from that idea to a working product significantly shorter,” says Sahng Ibrahim, CEO and Co-Founder of EQL Global. From an Idea to Your Own Financial Product Replit’s AI-powered platform allows users to create applications simply by describing what they want to build in natural language. By combining development and deployment in a single environment, the platform makes software creation accessible even to people without previous programming experience. EQL provides the financial data: annual and quarterly reports, earnings-call transcripts, press releases, and structured financial information. The data is sourced directly from companies’ own disclosures and can be traced back to the original material. Together, these capabilities enable users to develop their own research terminals tailored to their investment strategies, collaborative research workspaces for their teams, or investor applications where users can ask questions about companies and explore the underlying financial reports. The goal does not have to be building an entire financial platform. It can start with solving one specific problem: comparing company reports, tracking what management teams say over time, or bringing relevant information about an investment portfolio into one place. Bringing Original Financial Sources Closer to Developers The integration is built on Model Context Protocol (MCP). Through EQL’s MCP server, AI-powered tools can search corporate information and retrieve financial data with source references, making original company disclosures directly accessible when developing new applications and workflows. For EQL, the collaboration represents another step toward making its financial data infrastructure available beyond traditional institutional research teams. The goal is to enable smaller teams, independent developers, and entrepreneurs to build new products powered by reliable corporate information. “Democratizing finance is not just about who gets to use financial tools. It is also about who gets to build them. We want more people with knowledge, ideas, and different perspectives to have the opportunity to create the next generation of financial services,” says Sahng Ibrahim.
